The Core Investment L.P.
The Core Investment Fund is a multi-strategy hedge fund of funds which is broadly diversified including equity, debt securities, financial instruments, futures contracts, and other related derivative securities.  This fund delivers capital preservation for "rainy-day" investment capital that has achieved consistent returns and generally avoided the necessity of market or investment timing.  The fund's objective is to outperform investment grade bonds and approximate equity returns without the necessity of timing to achieve an appealing lifetime compound annual growth rate.

Shinnecock Futures Fund L.P. ("SFF")
SFF is a fund of hedge funds with sub-managers trading in futures, options on futures (and related instruments), and also equities.  Futures contracts are legally binding agreements to buy or sell a commodity (such as oil, gold, corn) or financial instrument (such as stock indices, interest rates, currencies) at a later date.  This fund provides a futures and related alternative investment vehicle that can reasonably be allocated at 10-20% of a diversified portfolio to lower overall volatility and increase absolute returns.  The fund's objective is to achieve low to negative correlation of returns with equities, invest in proven managers, and target return consistency.
